Whist There, he Catered for Many Notable Local Figures, Including the Sultan of Kedah. in 1992, When Princess Norinomiya of the Japanese Royal Family Visited the International Crane Foundation At Baraboo, Wisconsin, Sakuma Was Asked To Cater for the Visit. in March 2001, Sakuma Left the Nippon-Kan To Start His Venture in Streamwood. in the Short Period Since Then Many Accolades Have Come His Way. Included Among These Is the Rating As "best in Town" by the Zagat Magazine. One of His Specialties Is His Own Recipe Sauce, A Special Blend That Is Also Available for Purchase.
